Mimms Enterprises has established a new retail development arm called SouthEastern Retail Investments (SERI). The mission of SERI is to develop power centers, lifestyle centers, grocery-anchored centers, speculative retail strip centers , as well as identify retail build-to-suit opportunities throughout the Southeast.
